  • Delivery timelines vary by location (typically 3–7 business days).
  • Shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Return, Exchange & Cancellation

  • We offer returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • Cancellation is allowed only before the order is dispatched.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days (as per refund policy).
  • Products purchased during Sale/Offer/Combo Deals may not be eligible for return/exchange.
  • Store credit cannot be encashed.
