Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 working days (depending on location).
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days.
  • Remote locations / villages: 6–9 working days.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or festive season load.

3. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order anytime using the courier partner’s website.

4. Incorrect Address / Delivery Attempt Failed

  • Make sure to provide correct and complete address (landmark, phone number, pin-code).
  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Wrong address
    • Unreachable phone
    • Customer not available
  • The parcel will be returned to us, and reshipping charges will apply.

5. Delay Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Strikes / holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters

We will assist you in tracking and resolving issues with the courier partner.

6. Damage During Transit

  • If you receive a damaged package, please take:
    • Unboxing video
    • Clear photos of the damaged parcel & product
  • Report to us within 24–48 hours for quick assistance.

7. Multiple Products in One Order

  • Sometimes items may be shipped separately depending on availability or warehouse location.
  • You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

8. Prepaid & COD Orders

  • Prepaid orders are processed faster.
  • COD orders may require order confirmation via call/SMS/WhatsApp to avoid fake orders.
  • Refusal of COD parcel repeatedly may result in blocking of COD service for future orders.
