Exchange/Return Policy

1. Return / Exchange Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items returned without tags or in used condition will not be accepted.
  • Each order is eligible for one-time return or exchange only.

2. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted only for:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged/defective product
    • Incorrect size received
  • Unboxing video + photos must be provided within 24–48 hours for damage/incorrect product.

3. Return Charges

  • Return shipping charges: ₹150, borne by the customer.
  • Charge is deducted from your refund/store credit.
  • If pickup service is not available for your PIN code, you must self-ship the item.
    • Reimbursement up to ₹200 will be provided upon sharing the shipping bill.

4. Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange for:
    • Size
    • Color
    • A different product (subject to availability)
  • If the new product has a higher price, pay the difference.
  • If it has a lower price, the difference will be issued as store credit or refund (as per brand policy).
  • Exchange orders cannot be returned again.

5. Combo/Multiple Item Orders

When returning items from combos:

  • Refund is calculated as individual item price, not combo price.
  • Discounts are recalculated based on items you keep.
  • If you return 1 item from a multi-item order, final refund =
    Order value – Price of kept items (after revised discount).

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided for wrong or damaged products.
  • For all other returns, refund is issued as store credit/gift card.
  • Refund/store credit is issued after quality check of returned product.
  • Refund time: 5–10 working days (bank processing time may vary).
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale products
  • Items purchased with special offers (Buy 2 Get 1, Free items)
  • Gift cards
  • Products bought from marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.) cannot be returned through our website.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide unboxing video + images.
  • Replacement will be arranged at no extra cost if verified.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • For prepaid orders canceled before shipping:
    • Full amount refunded to original payment method.

After Shipping

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable after dispatch.

Additional Notes

  • Return pickup happens within 3–5 days after approval.
  • Return/exchange requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Handcrafted products may show slight color or print variations — this is not considered a defect.
  • The company’s decision will be final in case of disputes.
